Located in a gated community, Bruno Mar’s California Dream villa features a wine cellar, a family room with bar and a two-bedroom children’s area. Other facilities include a sauna, hammam and hоt tub. There is also a children’s play area. There is also an infinity pool.
According to reports, Elvira Kudryashova, a former Kazakh minister, has been prosecuted in federal court in California for allegedly embezzling at least $300 million from the city of Almaty. The real estate market is therefore very dynamic.
It is known that Kudryashova paid $5.7 million for the house when she bought it in 2013, but less than a year later she put it up for sale for around $7.8 million. Mars ultimately purchased it for $6.5 million when the price dropped to $6.8 million.
