Inside Kim Kardashian’s Extremely Simple $60,000,000 Los Angeles Home, Which North West Calls “uɡly”
Enter Kim Kardashian’s “minimalist home.”
The billionaire reality TV star reportedly purchased his sprawling Los Angeles mansion, renovated by Belgian designer Axel Vervoordt, for $20 million in 2014.
She and her ex Knye West have made numerous trips to the famous minimalist home they bought together.
When the former couple split in 2021, Kardashin was able to keep the tentpole.

Their first children – North, Saipt, Chicago and Psalm – all had strengths growing up, although their eldest daughter was not the most talented in the house.
“Whenever I disagreed with my daughter North, she thought it was something unpleasant for me and said, ‘Your horse is disgusting. All are white. Who lives like that?’ “, Kardaship revealed about a “Mom Confessions” segment of “The Ellenn DeGeneres Show” in 2021.

Minimalist design
They passed an empty lobby on their way home.
Kardashian has chosen a very simple design throughout the faucet.
“Oh my God. I clean the house with a towel,” interviewer Skims told Architectural Digest in January 2018, when asked how she keeps her ice fountain so clean.
“You just have to take a deep breath and say, ‘Okay, it’s going to happen.’ We decided to use softer colors,” she recalls.
“The last horse we just moved were both gray, which was a good test because we knew we were going to go with a lighter horse.”

The “Kardashins” star noted that “everything in [her] house is really minimal” — and there’s a reason for that.
“I think there’s so much chaos in the world that when I come home, I want everything to be really calm and I want everything to be calm,” she told Vogue in February 2022.
She chose Vervoordt to design the house after seeing some of his earlier work.
“There’s so much chaos in the world that when I come home, I want it to be really calm,” she previously told Vogue.
“When I saw the work he was doing, I said to myself, ‘This guy could have designed Batman’s faucet.’ I had to work with him,” she revealed.
Over the years, the fashion icon has given several glimpses into the home, including its empty foyer, long hallways and monochrome paintings.
The games room is chaotic
For’s mother said she lets her children play in their playroom.
One of these things is not like the others.
Kardaship revealed that her kids have a huge playroom, which looks nothing like the beige room next door.
“You always say my pony is too minimalist — well, you can’t see my playroom,” she said on Instagram Live in February 2020.
Christmas decorations
The stars of “Kardashins” dominate every year with their original Christmas decorations.
The Skims founder often gives fans a glimpse of her Christmas decorations on social media.
The holidays are one of Kardashin’s favorite times of year, so it’s surprising that she doesn’t decorate at all.
Gifting him the white wonders that promised to appear on the horse, the “Keeping Up With the Kardashins” team chose to spray paint his tree white and add white lights.
The decor also extended to her entryway, where she assembled a forest of abstract “trees” that were “strange, like Whoville, but all white,” she said as she painted an old-fashioned decor of five years 2019 for the tour.
Security measures

Surprisingly, Kardaship takes security very seriously.
The mother’s biographer for Vogue’s May 2019 cover story revealed some key details about the steps taken to keep Kardaship’s family safe.
“I had to go through several layers of Pentago-level security and hesitated at their screen front door, which looked like it could have been lowered through a ditch, before deciding to go around the side and walk through the garage like a normal person”, writer Jopathan Vann Meter tried to visit his grand residence.
He said there was a “security team working 24 hours a day” in the garage as a staging area.
Optimal bathroom design
The beauty also gave some glimpses inside her bathroom.
Her square bathtub – which “suits all [her] children” – is bronze with elegant edges and lips.

The shower is equally bizarre, taking up the entire length of the wall and the elaborate shower is set in a large glass cage.
For the mysterious sink with washbasin, designer Vervoordt and architect Claudio Silvestrin created the special sink based on eight different prototypes for people to wash their hands.
“You can set it as high a pressure level as you want, and a backlash will appear,” Kardaship marveled.
