At WrestleMania XL, “Impeccable” Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson prevailed in his first big bout in more than ten years after avoiding a spear from Roman Reigns.
In the main event, Roman Reigns and his cousin Rock narrowly defeated Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins to guarantee that Bloodline Rules will be used for Sunday night’s title match between Reigns and Rhodes.

Their hopes of taking the WrestleMania weekend by storm appeared to be in peril when Undisputed Universal champion Roman Reigns unintentionally speared Rock.
However, the evil team ultimately prevailed, with Rock pinning Rhodes with a People’s Elbow and a Rock Bottom to seal the deal.
The Moana actor embodied all of his class that evening as he made his customary grand entrance, complete with a blazing Brahma Bull and Final Boss montage.
Even though Rock hadn’t competed in a significant WWE match since a 2013 match against John Cena at WrestleMania, he displayed little evidence of ring rust once the bell rang.
He was 51 years old and had a toned body, partly from a strict training program that Scottish NXT trio Gallus assisted him.
Supporters on social media couldn’t help but notice a message on X that read, “Rock and Roman look amazing! appeared in peak physical condition.
“The Rock is 51,” echoed someone else. Perfectly formed physique.
A third gave appreciation during the game, saying, “Rock was active the entire eleven minutes.” His respiration is labored. Looks fantastic nonetheless.
Rock entered the fight after Reigns had engaged Rollins and Rhodes in combat for the first several minutes of the tag match. He sparred with the World Heavyweight Champion before insisting that Rhodes take the field.

Rock gave the referee clear instructions not to call them out, and as the action spilled into the stadium floor, a four-man melee broke out.
Throughout the rest of the match, The Great One bent the rules further by using his position of power as a board member of TKO, the parent company of WWE.
The Hollywood actor continued to provoke Rhodes’ family at ringside as cheap shots and low blows were exchanged during the beating.
Rhodes and Rollins had once rallied and appeared to be headed for victory when they executed a double Pedigree on their opponents, only for a last-second kickout to ensue.

Even after that, The Rock would use one of his own finish moves, The Rock Bottom, to go past an announce table and Reigns’ misplaced spear, but in the end, he triumphed over everything.
As a result, Rhodes will face a heavily stacked deck on Sunday night; his title fight against Reigns will essentially be a free-for-all.
Attending WrestleMania XL for the first of two nights, 72,000 spectators saw some incredible action, including a six-pack ladder match that crowned two new sets of tag team champions.
In a stunning triumph, Sami Zayn put an end to Gunther’s legendary reign as the Intercontinental champion.
Meanwhile, former Eagles center Jason Kelce made a guest appearance alongside colleague Lane Johnson to stop the evil Dominik Mysterio.
With Rollins vs. McIntyre for the World Heavyweight Championship on Night Two, it should be even more exciting.
On Sunday night, Bayler, Iyo Sky, Kevin Owens, Randy Orton, and Logan Paul are also scheduled to compete.
