Fans have been left shocked after coming across Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson’s shampoo line at Target with dozens of people questioning whether the bald actor is the right person to launch a haircare line.
The 51-year-old superstar launched men’s skin care line Papatui last month, releasing the products in Target stores nationwide.
His line features both men’s skincare and shampoo, with the actor revealing that he hoped his brand would help to remove the stigma associated with male hygiene products.
However, after spotting the actor’s shampoo on Target shelves, many people were left raising an eyebrow, with some going as far as to claim that Dwayne had ‘no business’ promoting a shampoo line because of his own baldness.

‘Boy, this man has no business in the shampoo department. And here he is advertising his Papatui. Do I trust The Rock to know what’s best for my hair?
‘I am not promoting this product whatsoever. I just found this hilarious,’ she said.
The clip was captioned: ‘If you ever felt like you weren’t meant for the job, take notes from the rock.’

He captioned his Instagram post, ‘Welcome to the world of my @papatui_ men’s care. As you guys know, I’m an advocate for wellness, grooming and men taking better care of ourselves. And while we may not always talk about it, us guys all want to look better and feel better too.’
‘At Papatui, I’ve worked directly with best-in-class scientists & experts to make sure all our products are high quality, effective and affordable for everyone,’ he added.
