MU defeats the bottom team: Hero Fernandes speaks honestly, Ten Hag’s reaction attracts attention

MU experienced many difficulties in the match with Sheffield United. There were times when “Red Devils” fans were worried that coach Ten Hag’s team would lose miserably to the bottom team.

MU twice let Sheffield United take the lead in the compensation match of round 29 of the Premier League. Fortunately for the “Red Devils”, this team received some favorable decisions from the referee, the 60th minute penalty is proof.

After the match, midfielder Bruno Fernandes admitted the difficulties they had to go through: “We told each other to try to keep a clean sheet. But the goal still came for Sheffield United. Anyway, we still came back in the end.”

The MU captain continued: “To be honest, we have repeatedly put ourselves in difficult situations to win matches. But nonetheless the whole team showed a bit of bravery. The players need to keep in mind that they must control the match like they did in the first half. Only then can the whole team create opportunities to score goals.”

Bruno Fernandes affirmed: “Part of my role is to score goals. But the most important thing is to support the whole team to win. It’s a fact that United didn’t win some games that we should have won.

We have to accept that it’s part of the job, sometimes we don’t complete it. You can win eight or nine matches in a row, but as soon as you lose, you know you will be criticized. Being a Manchester United player requires winning every match.”

Meanwhile, coach Erik Ten Hag seemed excited when his team won, although not convincingly. The Dutch military leader said: “We lost 2 goals and made it difficult for ourselves. We must show resilience. It’s not just today. It’s good that the players showed fighting spirit.”

Coach Ten Hag praised his students’ efforts: “Do you feel a little panic? No, not at all, we are very calm. We continue to create opportunities throughout the match. We are trying our best.” effort to develop the team. The number of goals we scored at this time is a huge improvement. If we have 4 defenders back, I guarantee that MU’s defense will be more solid. .
