After nearly two decades of speculation, the owner of the above work has finally been found. It was none other than wrestling legend Chris Jericho, who was also on stage that day.

“That’s right. I did it myself,” Jericho revealed. “Rock and I had an unforgettable tour. That night, we took cameras in the ring to take pictures of each other. That day, the match became a competition to see who could take the funniest photo. Obviously that I won”.

Jericho also posted a photo of himself taken by The Rock that night. Witnessing Jericho’s story, wrestling fans couldn’t help but laugh.

“I was sitting in the waiting room at 3 a.m. and couldn’t stop laughing at this photo,” one account said.

Chris Jericho, 51 years old, was a 6-time world champion during his time competing in WWE. Currently, he has moved to compete for AEW. Meanwhile, The Rock is currently focusing on acting and is one of the highest paid artists in Hollywood history. However, The Rock has not retired yet, still hinting at the possibility of returning to WWE in the future.
