Frank Martin, nicknamed “The Transporter”, is living incognito in Nice, France. He accepts a new job: to transport a mysterious package. However, he soon discovers that the package is Valentina, the daughter of a Ukrainian government official.
Valentina has been kidnapped by a criminal group led by Leonid Vasilev, her father. Vasilev wants to use Valentina as a hostage to force his political opponent to resign.
Frank is forced to cooperate with Inspector Tarconi to rescue Valentina. They track down the kidnappers and fight against Vasilev’s conspiracy.
